The only products we don’t ship to the US are Zhoosh Foam and our Great Hairdryer, because it is not dual voltage and incompatible with North American mains power.

EU Customers:
Please be aware that we are based in the UK, which means we are no longer a part of the EU. Orders travelling to EU member states (including the Republic of Ireland) may be subject to customs taxes, which are individual to each nation and something we unfortunately can’t cover on your behalf.

We’re a small business and ship all of our products from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Due to aerosol shipping limitations from our couriers, we are unable to send Zhoosh Foam further than Mainland UK.

Yes!
With the exception of our Great Hairdryer (which cannot be used in North America), everything is perfect for travelling.
Please note, all of our electrical products come with Type G plugs (UK) and will need an adapter in any country that doesn’t use this type of socket.

Our Great Hairdryer has two power settings: The top button is to turn it on, while pushing the Power button to the top initiates a Lock setting, which keeps your settings in place. (If you have our older Great Hairdryer model, please note the lock setting is in the middle.) Please make sure you’re using the right setting as you won’t be able to change the speed or heat when your hairdryer is locked.

Returns & Refunds

28 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, hygiene seals intact and in a fully re-sellable condition. If it doesn’t meet these standards your refund may be refused.

No. We are a small (but mighty!), family-run business and are not able to offer free returns at present.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
